Classic Examples in Toxicologic Pathology XXXI |
Seminar offered by the Hannover Graduate School for Veterinary Pathobiology, Neuroinfectiology, and Translational Medicine (HGNI), the Department of Pathology at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Hannover, Germany, and the European Society of Toxicologic Pathology on March 14 and 15, 2024 |
University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover
Department of Pathology, Bünteweg 17, 30559 Hannover
Thursday, March 14, 2024 (1:15 PM – 6:00 PM) and
Friday, March 15, 2024 (8:15 AM – 1:00 PM)
Please see also the final program.
The seminar will be held in English. Examples of toxicologic pathology will be presented and discussed by the participants, viewing electronic slides with the induced lesions.
The slides and handouts can now be accessed with the information provided upon registration.
We provide handouts together with the slides for examination by the participants. Slides will be made available as whole slide images (WSIs). All WSIs will be accessible for registrants approximately 2 weeks in advance of the seminar, during the seminar, and approximately 4 weeks thereafter. The slides will have a format that does not require the installation of software for examination in a standard browser ("VM SlideBrowser" will be executed). Registrants will be informed by email once the electronic slides are accessible. We recommend examining the electronic slides before the seminar, as access during the seminar may be slow due to multiple downloads at the same time.
Registration, payment, seminar materials
Please register as soon as possible, at the latest by February 23, 2024. The registration fee is 150 € for ESTP members, 200 € for non-members, and 50 € for students, which should be paid upon registration. Payment details will be received with the invoice after registration.
We hope that you will join us for an informal get-together in the foyer of the Institute of Pathology on Thursday evening after the end of the days last session. Beverages and snacks during the meeting and the get-together are included in the registration fee.
